But but but....!!

Does it work on the other side of the bike? In other words, can you load it from the other side to the side stand which would make it a lot easier and safer to attach to the bike I would have thought. I suppose it depends on whether the beam that holds the swing arm strap can be imserted from either side of the lift.

I'd still like one.

And can you not just put the bike in the garage pointing the other way RM??

All the pics that I've seen show the bike stand on the same side as the sidestand. Looking at the pics though, it looks like the beam that locates the rear fixing strap will go either side of the stand so I'm sure that it would work from the other side of the bike.

As I say, I think that this would make more sense from a safety point of view. Also means that I might be able to use it on my BMW which has a single sider on the other side of the bike. :)

Anyway, I'm skint, so it's all academic anyway. :(

Sweet , the ones i know of only work from the one side and there is a part to be replaced into the frame so the stand can work? There are a lot of advantages in this type of stand and i hear good things about them , but a bit pricey to ship to australia. Guess i will stick with my con stands. You can still move the bike around on the rear stand, just takes a little more effort :D
