Sad to hear about your buddy's death. Looks like he had a lot of fun in the past though. Hopefully he wasn't taken out by some other road user, who seem to be miraculously-absent in your clip of a ride-out. I live in the wrong place, obviously.
Cheers,
Nick

Re: We are moving! Site downtime.
The Snowy Mountains is a pretty quiet place generally, as it's all mostly national park, so not a lot of through traffic.
Though to be fair, Australia is pretty sparsely populated all over compared to Europe. A surprising percentage of us choose to live in a few cities on the coast.

An email brought me back....

Hey, are all our glam lady members re-emerging? Great, and fear not, Shebee is still with us in spirit, even if she doesn't currently ride a Raptor.
Trevor is a good guy: I imagine him as a Crocodile Dundee sort of chap, but one who knows his way around IT as well as bikes. I seem to remember that quite a batch of Cagiva's best went to Oz, so it's OK by me (at least) that the boss of the show now lives far away from these soggy shores.
So, Dizzy and Kr1na: what have you been up to bikewise?
Nick, UK

Beautiful tribute..so sorry for your loss, mate.Trevor68 wrote: ↑2 years ago Sadly no, the Raptor needs tyres and I had other sadder duties yesterday, as a friend passed away a few weeks back.
I rode a VFR750 for many years, and the ozvfr crew are very tight, so our christmas was a bit shattered.
In fact it is myself and said vfr leading in this video we made as a tribute to Roy.

Thank you, we have already started organising the tribute ride, 1 week at the end of march in Bright Victoria. A quick google on Maps should give an idea what the Victorian high country looks like, quite twisty!

Just a headsup that we moved again last night. my hosting service finally migrated to their new server platform, which means a nameserver change.
In real terms that just means access to the site will be flaky for some until the new DNS rolls around the world, should be no more than 24 hours, then business as usual.

Interesting, you have to accept cookies first, then you get the login and register buttons. Probably a bit over the top really, I'll go tone down the privacy mod settings.
