Ah, it seems I've spotted side zips on your troos and jumped to the conclusion they were waterproofs on top of something, now I see they don't have to be!

When were you up there Dizz? I was up there on Sunday 22nd at around 11.00 am-ish. It rained all the way to Middleton and they had just re-surfaced the road, so wasn't my best ever ride there.

Saturday at 12pm. Was scorching, if a tad windy!

Sunday we were down the A1. I got ill by the time I got home. Heat got to me
