Help please ,what part is this ???

Post by ozzraptor »

Hi folks, i found this on the garage floor :o not sure even if it is from the raptor , does anyone recognize this part.
My first thought was brakes, but no i have not touched the brakes. Only place i have been is under the tank to replace air filter ??
Are there any locking pins at front or under fuel tank when lifted ? Any help appreciated as this has me a little worried.

Length is 65mm or 2 1/2 inches :)

I reckon it probably connects to this: http://www.raptorchapter.org.uk/viewtop ... =11&t=3994

But seriously, I don't recognise it, but I'll keep my eyes open for something similar looking.
Road racing's where it's at - going round in circles all day is for hamsters.

Is it a tank prop? Either an official part or just something someone used and forgot to remove??
I had a Falco and some of them had an official part for that job.
Sorry - Just noticed the length. Probably not then.
