They only cost about £20 from Custom Fasteners. If anyone wants a list of all the bolts I can scan the receipt and post the list of bolts that I needed. I never done the engine as they look okay plus I plan on either painting or powder coating the engine cases at some point.

Very nice, you've unPAIRed too, methinks!

Yeah nice headlight dme28, looks great, but maybe get non-orange indicators to modernise her completely?

yup pair is gone :happyhappy: Now i have been looking at playing with full yoshimura exhaust system for this bike, well at least the headers for now as i have a couple of different tls full header systems , waiting on my new tig welder to arrive so i may have a play with that and see how it goes. The rear spigot will be the challenge!

How many sets of tyres do you reckon you've got through then Snappy? Have you renewed the wheel bearings a few times?

Without going back into all the invoices I reckon it'll be about 17 rears and 9 fronts so far Norrie
bearings ?hmm? probably 4or5 changes on the rear 3 on the front - but I did make the mistake of buying ZZ metal shielded last time for the rear and they didn't last so well as the sealed 2RS.

tyres were mostly Bridgestones, 010 020, 021 and now 023s
tyres I wish I'd never bought as they felt like I was running on ice - Dunlop 207's.

Yeah that for the tyres I never use anything else now apart from Bridgestones. I once tried the Dunlops as well because they were so cheap but my god they were useless on a cold damp morning plus they only lasted five minutes. :o

Hi Snappy, ref installing the headlamp, didn't take a lot to fit at all.
just took the whole fairing/headlamp assembly off, and fitted the headlamp with the brackets supplied with the headlamp (fix to the upper part of the forks).
That was pretty much it.
A key protector is on the way!!

Ozzraptor,
The comment I made regarding the performance in the twisties, she was superb.
I must say she has got a BikeFarm 40mm raise on her, and i did replace all the wheel bearings, steering head race bearings, fork oil and seals, chain and sprocket etc..... Before going.
These were jobs that needed doing, as I am afraid, the previous owner had neglected her somewhat.
Upshot is, I love this bike, and intend keeping her :)
