Hello mate, The spacers you require are 64.0mm O/D , 61.0mm I/D , 6mm deep.
You don't need to bond them in or anything, the bolt heads stop them falling out.
I've made a few sets before so I do know the dimensions are correct.
I would send you some but unfortunately my job has changed and I don't have access to a lathe anymore, sorry.

Hi Martin, I'm good thanks mate. Not quite the boardroom ha, they didn't need a nightshift in the toolroom any more so I'm back building aircraft parts on days. A bit of a bummer not having the machines at my disposal, but glad to still be working.

Got forks fitted !

Here are things I noticed:
- Ducati Monster S4 forks are little bit shorter than original Raptor ones.
- Fit straight to triple trees.
- Moves brake calibers further from spindle line, need for bigger (320mm) discs.
- Also moves brake calibers nearer to wheel, need to grind caliber mounting points.

I got Monster spindle with forks.
Spindle fits into wheel with some sandpapering, but needs spacer which centers wheel.

If I would do this again, I would buy also monster wheel with forks, whole front end.

Brake discs also needed spacer ring to eliminate brake disc inside diameter difference between new and old disc.

Only problem I now have is front fender mounting.
But that is another days story.

Forks are fully adjustable showas.
Compression adjusting screw is bit stupid, but it works. :)
