Did a few more bits today, stripped the pairs system off, made a blank plate for the rear cylinder and worked out that you could tap the drilling into the front cylinder (have tapped it M8), was easier than making another blanking plate.

Also weighed all the bits taken off the bike, came in at just under 700g :D

Have been doing a few more jobs, and am collecting a few parts ready for the weekend, some new shims, new plugs (NGK Iridiums), new oil filter.

I am wanting to replace the oil lines to the oil cooler, but am struggling to find anything to use.

This afternoon have started on the exhausts, so mixing these together

gives you this

Not bad for less than 30 minutes work, have just got the front to do now..

Another update:-

Link pipes cleaned
Image

Decided to do something with the belly pan to stop all the stone chips on the paint, so got an offcut of 0.9mm stainless sheet and attacked it with a nibbler and a file.
Image

Image

Waiting on the new disks and exhaust gaskets to arrive before I can do much else, so off to do a bit more cleaning on the calipers (now that I've warmed up a bit).
