Lucky sod, when we had our conservatory built my mrs insisted on a single door so i couldn`t get the bike in  .
NOTE; bikes do not have air brakes, lofting the front wheel will have an effect on a bikes braking efficiency.

There is no room in the conservatory for my Raptor - that is where the trike is being built! ... and you cant get a bike into the kitchen the hall is too narrow and twisty (we have tried!)

And dont panic, after "several" years together Andy and I have bikes/ bits all over the house so the "honeymoon" can last

Actually going on honeymoon no.2 to the Algarve next month (told the first one was a "minimoon" coz it was less than 2 weeks so it doesnt count!

The frame and lots of other parts are powdercoated by a place in Glasgow and the paint job was VVVV expensive and done by Bike paints in Cupar, it mainly black but with a diff!!

ooooooooooooo shiny shiny stuff, I like 8)
Hmmm you do seem to have an understanding Mrs. I'm glad nobody can get anything like it in through my doors, Carnivore was miffed when he lived here, as his old landlady allowed him to have three bikes in the garage, half a one in his bedroom as a clothes horse, one in the hall and another being rebuilt in his living room

The only bike bits in my house these days are well hidden, but you might open the oven to a set of brake calipers in it!

That's going to look good. Look forward to seeing the finished article. Shame about the tax holder though.

What's the score with the clutch then? Is that a perspex window so you'll see loads of oil once it's running ?

A lot of Ducati owners add them to their bikes. I think its to distract the attention away from them sounding like the clutch is being dragged down the road behind them

Don't Ducatis use dry clutches? No need for a window really. It will be interesting to see how yours looks when it's running. Certainly be a reminder to change the oil once it gets looking a bit black.

Personally I like to hide the tax disc holder as well as poss. They is ugly. And isn't it supposed to be on the left hand side?
I was trying to remember where mine was fixed but realised I don't have one. I just carry the disc in my wallet :D

Anyway - it wasn't meant as a criticism - I was just suprised that you'd want it spoiling the look of such a fine looking machine.
