Love the Rap in black. I also love the wavy discs very nice. I notice you also have a shiny seat hump? Is this just plastic or is CFRP? Did it come with the bike or did you get it seperate? You can get a book that explains that (bought it for No2 Son last Yule)

Everyone ought to be aware that I have serious geek tendancies so stand by.
1. The book, "Why don't penguins feet freeze" is from the questions page of the New Scientist magazine.
2. The answer is to do with insualtion and blood flow in a cold adapted avian species. Hence the eggs get rested on the top of the feet and tucked under the blubber folds.

I bought the bike as is - it actually is red but the young guy who bought it new was a spray painter changed it to that gloss black. Looks great doesnt it ! It is a great job - the bit on the back is GRP, it is an intergral part of the look I have only taken a pillion once so I never take that bit off.

A few friends and I are taking out bikes on the ferry to do the Geat Ocean Road in Victora in a few weeks. Should get a few good photo opportunities there.
