Hi! Back up a touch, go into 'TPS setting cheat' (Last post B4 yours) you'll find a link to electronic handbook - courtesy of 'TL Monkey, it's on page 2.
Hope this helps!

Cheers bud

though isn't that just the manual you get with the bike? I was thinking a workshop manual would mention Fi setting etc

If only it were that easy. The only manual available is the German one you see on E-Bay. It's OK for torques/diagrams, but....
A few guys seem to have original English ones, but nobody's offered to scan & post, as far as I know!
Somebody, bilingual, could make a killing!!

I am looking into that possibility right now. I have the workshop manual and access to a scanner, but read my signature!!

Yeah, but no, but yeah, but..... mines the full workshop manual. You could strip the engine down to its nuts and bolts with the one I have.

Is it just me?? If I use 'Snap's' link, I get the owners manual, (Which I have in paper form) not the 'nuts & bolts' manual (Like Haynes) that I crave. The German CD lacks details in the drawings, and my German is second only to my Swahili,,,,,
TL1000s manual is useful, but only covers engine & (Some) electrics.
Must be someone out there with nothing better to do than scan an English manual!!

Spoke to 3x motorcycle. They have one. It's £50 for a copy.....

if anyone has the 'full workshop' manual, i'd be willing to pay for a photocopy (not just for the photocopy, also for the postage, and some pennies for the time-taken!)

unless anyone wants to chip in and i'll buy one from 3x and do copies for all??

I'd go shares, but don't know how you could manage that? Maybe, if you had the ability to scan the lot, you could sell copies to recoup? at £4-£5 a pop you'd soon cover it, I think (Plus being on everybodies 'nice man list'!)
There is a raptor for sale on 'Bay, at the moment, listing 'manual' with it, I've already asked him/her whether I could use it for precisely the above.

this is where the workshop manual is for download on the Raptormania site - If I understand the instructions right you have to be a member and logged in to download

map to manual (in ITALIAN !!) but the pics are in englissh ;)

join up and log in to raptormania (saying hello in the international part)

go to the main forum
http://www.raptormaniaforum.it/phpBB2/index.php

scroll down to FAI DA TE (technical tutorials) (about six sections down)
open FAI DA TE and scroll to:-
"Manuale Officina Raptor 1000! [Raptor Technical Manual] "
or
"Manuale Officina Raptor 650! [Raptor Technical Manual] "

in these you'll will find italian gold my friends

I've just done this and am attempting to find a way of sharing - but part D (engine) file is too large to email (have just tried to send it to Shebee to no avail)

errm part A seems to be a bit mangled and cant extract it
and there is no part J or K (they don't exist)

Thank you again to Actze for this resource :D :D

after all this - I just had a thought - isn't the service booklet the one which is stamped by the dealer to proove the service history?
