It is a facility on the website for posting random rubbish anonymously (usually).

In that case, from my perspective, no thank you, we already have tens of spam attempts on a daily basis and I can't be here 24 hours a day.
Of course it's not my decision though, I just do the cleaning

I frequent a few forums with shoutbox's they just get abused. Good idea but abused by everyone and anything that can.
