moving my horn

Post by yeah! »

Hellohello!

Does anyone have any experience moving the horn to a different position? I don't want it to be hanging off a bar hanging off the slightly dodgy radiator mount. My bike is a 1000.

Photo's would be appreciated but not necessary and if anyone has replaced their horn with another, I'm interested in their feedback.

Thanks one and all. A few Perth Australia raptor owners got together for a barbi a few weeks ago....great hosts and a great arvo!!! Thanks batman...........

Hey mate, was good to meet you at last, hopefully next time it won't be so soggy, and I'll make it on time...Possibly the winter solstice wasn't the best time to be planning a photo shoot!

Haven't heard of moving the horn - it ain't that heavy and there's possibly better mileage for you in doing the radiator mounting mod mentioned in these threads:

Thanks Spyke, and Norrie, you've got the horn for.....

I plan to move it to somewhere less afterthought -add on- , but me brilliant little brain is sorta stumped...I've been trying - LORD knows I've been trying....air horns are too bulky...

LOL, the Winter Solstice was a miserable day, so one bailed, and I went by car, and it wasn't quite the meet we'd planned, but we're trying again tomorrow!

But seeing as you asked I did snap Batmans garage while I was outside having a smoke...
