Sent my Hagon rear shock off for a service, nothing wrong really, 20,000 miles , but the whole suspension is getting the once over so a pre-emptive strike. Went in the post on Friday, and it came back on Wednesday. Great service.
Handling was OK before , should be brand new now.
They replaced fluid, lockring grub screw, lubed bushings and new seals.
£100 for another 20 K.
The bike suspension got one new pair of needle rollers in the swing arm linkage ( the link bearing at the swing arms was well shot) and new head race bearings, with a new shock and lighter wheels, just waiting for yokes coming back from the painters, Spring will be well sprung soon.
Cheers
