False neutrals

Post by raptor001 »

Hi there,

I've been hitting quite a lot of false neutrals recently. Does anyone know something about this? Its a 2000 Vrap 650. Mileage is about 7.5k. Maybe something is wearing out and needs replacing?

Gear Pedal

Check the gear pedal pivot is greased,
Check chain tension.
Check clutch pushrod adjustment.
Probably the top one.
Cheers

i'm with pod.

my 650 had the same problem...

grease the mechanism, or (in my case) change the shifting height, and voila, problem solved :)
