You're telling me the that diagram is confusing - I've just looked at the one in the Raptor manual and that is even more confusing. However I've just popped out to the garage to check and the earth for the fuel pump relay is provided by either the side stand being up or the gearbox is in neutral. So...

Yes I can’t get my fuel pump to prime, I have tested the pump itself and that appears to work fine but when I put it back on bike it doesn’t work. Thanks Fuel pump relay would be the obvious place to go to next - not sure if it has it's own fuse though. Can a pump work fine when it doesn't need to ...

And here's a pdf version if you prefer BLACK BOX.pdf And if you are brave enough it's much better to actually cut the wires and solder them back together along with the spliced wires and then heat shrink them. I initially used those horrid big splice connectors that clamp on the wires but they were ...

X-rap found on Ebay
Been on there a few weeks, and asking price doesn't necessarily reflect value until someone puts their hand in their pocket! Exactly... plus it's perhaps not the best time of year to go selling one? After reading a mentions of them in a couple of different bike mags I'm sure the market for them is ...

A Falco shock may well physically fit but if it's spring isn't tuned for the specific geometry & rising rate of the Raptor triangles it isn't going to work well. And looking at the YSS spec for the Aprilia Falco rear shock shows the spring to be 150 n/mm https://www.brooksuspension.co.uk/aprilia...

V Raptor screen anyone ?
Kekat... I've just noticed your clutch cover - where did you get that from?
Is it a standard Suzuki part with a cover over the embossed name?
Cheers,
Andy B.

starting with a photo of the stock rear shock &/or other options re: shock. I have a few on the shelf (dimensions would be awesome if mentioned with the pic!) Too cold to go out into the garage & get I photo but you can't go far wrong with a YSS shock - the MZ456-310TRL-53 is the one you ar...

V Raptor screen anyone ?
I can vouch for it's effectiveness too... I fitted mine 5 years or so ago to lessen the load when commuting on the motorway at err... speed. It really does reduce the shoulder strain. I also got my rear hugger from the same guys too and again it fits nice & tight & has proved very effective ...
