I'm in Suffolk but sometimes venture down to Great Bentley bike meet near Colchester on a Wednesday night.

Any one know the thread measurements for the rear brake light pressure switch. It's either 10 X 1.0 or 10 X 1.25. (I think). I don't want to remove it until I have the new one. Cheers.

Not sure CT. We have moved out into the sticks & it's like riding through a ploughed field some days, so I'm not riding as much as I want. Something with knoblies/ supermoto may be depends on funds.

New tyres are next on the to do list when funds permit. You may be right Miz , their quite worn now ,front & back .

Any one tried fitting Falco forks?.

I have a well worn set of maxxis sports on . Never had any trouble with them . Thinking about it again it's more likely down to the geometry of the bike. The falco rear shock lifts the back up a bit ,that then makes the steering head a steeper angle & maybe a little more twitchy . I'm no expert.

Yes loads of grunt & there was no need to change down , I stayed on but that was just luck I think, I was doing over 80 when i got it back, God knows what car driver thought! .my bike has a falco rear shock & Hagon fork springs.

So I was following a car on a straight bit of B road ,one I use every day. I had time to nip pass it before the 30limit , may be I was too enthusiastic & didn't need to change down a gear. It resulted in a underwear changing moment tank slapper. Steering damper needed I think.

I usually get the reserve light flash at about 100 miles but have noticed its getting a bit less , 90 ish last time. Or I may be rideing a faster !
