I know this topic has been covered before, but what a PITA to fit up to the bike! I had to shave quite a bit off the of the stepped bung on the right hand side and I still not happy with the fit and the pressure it is exerting on the coolant hose. I ended up using a wood rasp to get it done quickly.

Did you guys also find that you needed to knock some off of the tips that slot into the frame?

I am still unimpressed with the fit and I think I will look into getting a hose that is bent to go round the bung or maybe something like this http://www.viperperformance.co.uk/productsearch.php?xscId=2967&mat=104

Has anyone come up with a hose combination to get round the bung and take pressure off of the radiator?

I did notice that this bike posted earlier (http://www.raptorchapter.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2781) seems to have a water pump housing that exits in a different direction to the standard Raptor. Any ideas where it came from?

I ended up taking away the plastic all the way down to the bolt. It still fouls the radiator pipe a bit but not too badly. I got bored with filing and used a hacksaw.

I bought mine at R&G at their workshop, (apparently they were a trial set) and the lad there skimmed it to fit for me, it doesn't put any pressure on that I've noticed in the last five years or so.
